1.Madonna G. Constantine who was fired for plagiarism. She was the professor of psychology and education at Columbia University’s Teachers College.That firm concluded after an 18-month investigation that Ms. Constantine had plagiarized the work of two former students and a former colleague. But Ms. Constatine said that it was her accusers who had stolen her work, and that the university’s investigation of her was racially motivated.
2. A CBS News producer was fired and the network apologized after a Katie Couric video essay on libraries was found to be plagiarized from The Wall Street Journal. An editor for The Wall Street Journal called CBS News to point out the similarities of Zaslow’s article.
3. A reporter for CNNfn Interactive who was fired over an investing story that resembled a Wall Street Journal personal finance column. Leena Ajinkya said that It wasn't an original idea at all. And she denied it was a case of plagiarism.
